Korean Pancake Powder / Frying Powder Baeksul 1kg

HOW TO USE 

Pancake Powder:
Preparation
1. Mix CJ pancake mix (500g) and cold water (850ml) in deep and big bowl
2. Knead the mixed dough (CJ mix and water)
3. Chop all ingredients that you want to add in pancake (Chives, spring onion, pumpkin, kimchi)
4. Put all chopped ingredients in the mixed dough
5. Stir fry it on hot plate for 3 - 4 minutes

Ingredients:
Wheat Flour, Pancake Seasoning Mix (Salt, Corn Starch, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Black Pepper Powder), Sugar, Salt, Baking Powder {Acidity Regulator [500(ii), 450(i), 341(i)], Emulsifier [470(i)], Corn Starch}, Glutinous Rice Flour, Thickener (415), Colour [101(i)]

Frying Powder
Preparation
1. Wash and rinse all 5 pieces of green chili
2. Cut a slit lengthwise in the middle of green chili, keeping the ends intact and remove the seeds
3. Fill up the gap with minced pork into all of the green chilis
4. Prepare CJ Frying Mix (150g) with water (100ml) and mix into a bi bowl
5. Heat up oil for deep frying
6. Place the stuffed green chilis into the mixed frying mix
7. Cook the green chilis gently into the cooking oil
8. Deep fry until it is brownish
9. Ready to serve

Wheat Flour, Corn Starch, Corn Powder, Baking Powder [Acidity Regulator (500(II), 450(I), 341(I)), Emulsifier (470(I)), Corn Starch], Salt, Roasted Rice Powder, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Black Pepper Powder
