Doenjang jjigae (된장찌개 or Soybean Paste) is a staple Korean stew made with doenjang ,fermented soybean paste. It is one of the most representative dishes of everyday home-cooked Korean meals. 

 

Depending on the other ingredients added, you can make endless variations of the stew. Hanguk Kitchen’s ‘Heat and Serve’ series adds 3 delicious variants of these dishes with Clam , Chicken and Mushroom choices!

Ingredients: Korea Soy Bean Paste, Garlic, Chilli Coarse, Onion, Zucchini, Leek, Shiitake Mushroom, Chicken.

 

Heating instructions: 

 

1) Defrost the entire bag in hot water for 10 mins.

2) Pour out the contents and continue boiling for 5 - 8 mins.

3) Serve and enjoy!
