Yet another new excellent addition to our ‘Heat & Serve’ family!
We heard that you would like our favourite Ginseng Chicken soup to come as a full meal, so we innovate and came out with this 'Wok-Hei' style Ginseng Chicken Porridge!
Our Korean Chef has included in this Ginseng Chicken version the ‘Nurungji’, which is the thin crust of over cooked rice left at the bottom of a heated rice pot. When the crusted rice is simmered with our Ginseng broth, it creates a congee- like (porridge) texture that can be a very comforting and nourishing full meal by itself!
The flavour of the congee has a ‘wok-hei’ flavour that Singaporeans are all so familiar and in love with!
Heating instructions:
1. Defrost contents (recommended) or boil frozen contents straight.
2. Boil or microwave contents for 5 mins
3. Transfer to bowl.
4. Garnish (optional) and serve!
