The star ingredient in this hearty traditional Korean soup is definitely the Sundae – Korean sausage. The soup is prepared with a flavorful broth that includes sliced sundae, other types of offal, a generous amount of Pork Belly, simmered with an assortment of Korean Herbs for a full meal that can even be shared with 2 pax! In Korea, diners like to add white rice to the soup or served on the side.

Sundae Guk
 is regarded as an excellent nourishing meal and it is best enjoyed with our in-house radish kimchi and cabbage kimchi. 

 Heating instructions: 

1) Defrost the entire bag in hot water for 10 mins
2) Pour out the broth into a pot after thawing and boil for 4 mins
3) Boil the bag of Korean Sundae separately for 3 mins
4) Add Sundae into broth and Serve!
