The pork ribs are slowly boiled and reduced in a savoury blend of Korean spices until it becomes fork tender. Absolutely one of the favourite ways Koreans love to eat their ribs. Simply pair it with a bowl of white rice. Put in on the dinner table and expect a silent dinner.. everyone will have their faces buried in ribs!
